NAIJHA "NAI" NSEHTI

NAI

Is a versatile professional dancer, choreographer, and performer originally from Charlotte, NC. Naijha’s (Nai) dance journey began at the age of six, training in styles including Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Modern, and Ballet. She gained early performance experience by competing in dance competitions and conventions across the country, building a strong foundation that would later launch her professional career.

In 2015, Nai made her professional debut dancing with Janet Jackson on the Unbreakable World Tour in Minneapolis, MN—a milestone that affirmed her passion for performing on major stages. She went on to earn a B.S. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Medical Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2021. While at UNC, she served as a captain and four-year member of the Carolina Girls Dance Team, balancing rigorous academics with her commitment to dance.

Following graduation, Nai relocated to Atlanta, GA to pursue her dance career full-time. Her work has since spanned film, television, and live performance, including appearances at the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards, the feature film Praise This (2023), Copa America 2024, and multiple national commercials and music videos. She is also a choreographer and featured artist for the global game platform Fortnite, where she creates dance emotes used by millions worldwide.

In February 2023, Nai auditioned for The Most Bad Ones, Pitbull’s official dance team, and officially joined the group in August of the same year. Now in her second year touring with Pitbull and recently relocated to Miami, FL, Nai continues to elevate her career while bringing dynamic energy and passion to every stage she steps on.

JESSENIA "JESS" MARRERO

JESS

Jess is a passionate and versatile professional dancer with over 21 years of experience in the art of dance. Born with a love for movement, she has spent her life immersed in training across nearly every style—including Jazz, Hip-Hop, Ballet, Contemporary, Latin, Heels, and more. Her dedication and commitment to her craft have shaped a career that spans more than a decade, with the last six years spent touring internationally alongside some of the music industry’s most iconic artists.

Her professional journey includes standout performances on stages across the globe, bringing high- energy artistry to major festivals, stadium tours, and televised award shows. Notably, Jess has graced some of the world’s most celebrated stages, including Coachella and Viña del Mar, where she delivered unforgettable performances to massive international audiences. She is also proud to have been a part of the legendary Miami Heat organization, performing as both a dancer and ambassador for one of the NBA’s most celebrated franchises.

In addition to her successful dance career, Jess is currently pursuing a degree in Finance— demonstrating her strong sense of discipline and drive both on and off the stage. She thrives on finding balance between her academic goals and her creative pursuits, and she hopes to one day merge her business acumen with her experience in the performing arts.

Beyond the spotlight, Jess is a lover of good food—especially pasta and tacos—and enjoys unwinding by spending quality time outdoors with family and friends. Whether performing in front of thousands or soaking in quiet moments, she brings heart, intention, and a deep appreciation for life’s journey into everything she does.

FLORALIZ "FLO" VAZQUEZ

FLO

Is a dynamic professional dancer, performer, and proud Puerto Rican, born and raised on La Isla del Encanto. With music and rhythm deeply ingrained in her culture, Flo grew up surrounded by the energy of dance and the power of expression through movement. While she always dreamed of dancing from a young age, it wasn’t until the age of 16 that she formally began her training—igniting a passion that would shape the course of her life.

Through dedication, resilience, and talent, Flo has turned that late start into an inspiring career. Dance has become her gateway to the world, offering her the opportunity to study, travel, and connect with people from all walks of life. Her style is a vibrant blend of Latin flavor, fierce technique, and powerful stage presence—qualities that continue to set her apart in the industry.

In a true testament to the power of authenticity and visibility, Flo was discovered through social media by the team behind global superstar Pitbull. Since then, she has become a proud member of The Most Bad Ones, Pitbull’s official and internationally renowned dance team. This life-changing opportunity has taken her to stages across the globe, performing in front of thousands and working
alongside a team she now considers family.

With every performance, Flo continues to evolve—not only as an artist but also as an individual. She credits this journey with helping her grow in confidence, discipline, and purpose. Her story is one of perseverance, joy, and gratitude, and she’s only just getting started.

HILLARY FERRER

HILLARY

Is a passionate professional dancer originally from Venezuela who relocated to the United States in 2017 in pursuit of a better future and the dream of building a career in dance. Her journey is one of courage, resilience, and unwavering dedication. Upon arriving in the U.S., she began her dance training at the age of 17, immersing herself in various styles and techniques, and quickly developing a strong foundation through consistent training and hard work.

At just 18, Hillary embarked on her first mini tour—an early milestone that confirmed her desire to pursue dance professionally. Despite the challenges of balancing her education and work commitments, she never lost sight of her passion for performing. Dance remained a central part of her life, even during the most demanding periods.

In early 2024, Hillary took a leap of faith and auditioned for The Most Bad Ones (TMBO), Pitbull’s official dance team. Her bold decision paid off, and she officially joined the team just months later. Becoming a member of TMBO marked a turning point in her career—transforming her dream into reality and allowing her to step into the role of a full-time professional dancer.

Today, Hillary performs on stages across the country and around the world, representing her roots with pride and bringing dynamic energy to every performance. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a talented and inspiring group, and is committed to continuing her growth as an artist and performer.

Her story serves as a reminder that with hard work, passion, and belief in yourself, anything is possible. And for Hillary, this is only the beginning.

SHANICE "SHANI" FERNANDEZ

SHANI

Is a passionate and dynamic professional dancer and choreographer from Miami, FL. Her journey into dance began at age 14, when she joined her high school’s dance team and discovered a deep-rooted love for performance. After graduating, she continued to train rigorously while pursuing her Associate of Arts in Dance at Miami Dade College and working full-time as Regional Dance Director for the YMCA of South Florida.

In 2016, a performance opportunity with Pitbull on Univision’s Premios Lo Nuestro became a pivotal moment in her life. Just days later, she was invited to audition for Pitbull’s global Bad Man Tour. Taking a leap of faith, Shanice left her job, dropped everything, and never looked back. Since then, she has been a core member of The Most Bad Ones, Pitbull’s elite dance team, touring internationally for over nine years and sharing the stage with artists around the world.

Shanice’s versatile training in Hip-hop, Jazz, Jazz-Funk, and Heels has made her a standout performer in the industry. Her career highlights include dancing in the 2020 Super Bowl Halftime Show with Jennifer Lopez and working alongside icons such as Ne-Yo, Flo Rida, Blake Shelton, Lil Jon, J Balvin, and Britney Spears.

Known for her relentless work ethic and infectious energy, Shanice continues to push creative boundaries and live out dreams she never imagined—surrounded by a team that has become family and driven by the same passion that first sparked her journey.

MEGAN "MEG" AVILES

MEG

Is a passionate professional dancer, instructor, and Miami native whose love for dance began at age seven and fully ignited at thirteen after witnessing a live performance that sparked her vision of life on stage. With foundational training in Jazz Funk, Hip-Hop, Ballet, and Heels, Megan quickly developed the skills and stage presence that would set her apart in the industry.

From 2018 to 2021, Megan was a standout member of the Miami Marlins Mermaids Dance Team, performing regularly while balancing a full-time role in HR and Safety at UPS. Despite the security of her office job, Megan made the bold decision to pursue her dream of dancing full-time—a leap that led to career-defining opportunities. She has performed alongside major Latin artists such as Becky G, Gente de Zona, Sech, and Daddy Yankee, appearing on award show stages and in music videos.

Her career took a major turn when she joined Karol G’s Bichota U.S. Tour, performing at festivals across North and Latin America. Not long after, she received a call that would change her life: an invitation to join The Most Bad Ones, Pitbull’s official dance team. Since joining in 2021, Megan has toured internationally, living out her childhood dream of traveling the world through dance.

For Megan, dance is more than movement—it’s mindset. She lives by the belief that our thoughts shape our reality and continues to inspire others by embodying the courage it takes to chase a dream.
